על מה אתם חושבים כשאתם קוראים את המילה "חיפוש"? על משהו יקר שאבד והחיפושים אחריו עולים בתוהו? על משהו שאולי מעולם לא היה לכם ואתם מחפשים אותו (מישהו אמר "אהבה"?) ואולי על שורה במנוע חיפוש עם האייקון המפורסם של זכוכית מגדלת?
"אשת חיל מי ימצא" אומרת השורה הראשונה בפיוט המוכר "אשת חיל" אותו שרים לאישה בכל ליל שבת. שורה אירונית משהו, אולי מעידה על כך שאשת חיל עם שלל התכונות שיפורטו בהמשך היא בגדר "מי ימצא" בקיצור, לך תחפש...
במשך שנים היו לי יחסים מורכבים עם המילים של "אשת חיל". בעיני הוא סימן את כל מה שאני לא, אשת החיל של כותב הפיוט, מספיקה לעשות כל כך הרבה דברים, אני בקושי מצליחה לקום בזמן.
רצה הגורל ושמו של הסרט הדוקומנטרי שמספר על חיי ועל הפעילות הציבורית שלי נקרא בשם הזה "אשת חיל" ותאמינו לי שהתנגדתי.
כשהבנתי מאנה סומרשף, במאית הסרט שזו ההחלטה ואין מנוס ושהשם בעצם מתכוון לפרק את המשמעויות הישנות של "אשת חיל" הטומנים בחובם רף בלתי אפשרי לכל אישה, נחה דעתי.
אבל את האירוניה הטמונה בשם הזה הייתי חייבת להביא לידי ביטוי.
לקחת את הביטוי ועיצבתי אותו בפונט הראוי לו, עם פונט אוסקר של פונטביט, עם ניקוד. אבל הקאץ' הוא ששמתי את הביטוי בתוך שורת חיפוש עם זכוכית המגדלת הידועה.
